Cooking & Wellness Classes

Here's me & my grandaughter Mattie making Swiss Chard Gouda Quiche.  We love new breakie foods and make an amazing french breakfast featuring eggs de Provence made with Herbs de Provence and an amazing sour dough French toast.  Anyway, check out the class tab for classes that we'll be teaching here at the farm now till the holidays!

Yoga at Lulu's Garden

The growing season is coming to a bittersweet close, and we farmers have to make a living through the cold.  Join me for Yoga in Lulu's Garden this fall & winter:

Yoga, Pilates & MoreMonday/Wednesday – 6:15 pm
This total body strengthening and stretching system creates long, lean lines and a strong core.  The fitness benefits of Pilates & Yoga are complimentary.  The combination of mat & ball make for even more variety and can deliver noticeable progress very quickly.  Each class is a fun, creative and effective way to connect with your body and become the best you!  Bring a sticky mat (only a few extra available at the farm), and dress comfortably.  We’ll add stability ball later.   Class is pre-pay for 6-week session only, but you are welcome to try one before you commit!

Class Dates:   Monday:  11/7, 11/14, 11/21, 11/28, 12/5 & 12/12
                   Wednesday:  11/2, 11/9, 11/16, 11/30, 12/7 & 12/14

Class Rates:  6 week series for one evening per week is $60 or $100 for two classes per week. Bring a friend and get $5 off the series.  Ask about the farmer discount.
